1. What problems or conflicts are presented in chapter one? Tao needing to find a rabbit is an obvious one; identify at least two more. Well when he had the mice so he forgot the rabbit so he could not go to his village for few days.
2. Predict the resolution of each conflict. Example:well one is that he could not draw
conflict: Tayo needs to find a rabbit.

1. What do Tao and Ram learn to do together? Well they learned how to hunt better and also how to hunt in a good way that Tao could do.
2. What decision does Tao tell Volt? Well Tao tells Volt that if they had a wolf they could get more food for them.
3. Look at Tao's decisions and actions from Volt's perspective. Pretend you are Volt. Write a first person paragraph explaining how you feel. I would say" Let's get more food because the kids are getting hungry."

Well his mother was sixteen and her name was Vedra made lots of things with like necklaces and rings and more things that she gave away free. ,

He tries to draw a wolf dog and a horse.
2. Which is easier for him and why?
Well the easier one for him to draw was the wolf bog beacuse he new how to draw the wolf beacuse he had seen Ram many times before and he new where the body parts belonged.

1. Graybeard realizes that Tao has broken two taboos of his clan. What are they?
First that he has a wolf dog and another is that he is painting in the caves.
2. Which taboo doesn't he know about yet?
He hunted on forbidden land.
3. Graybeard describes Volt differently than we have. What aspects of Volt's character is Graybeard acknowledging?
That Volt HATES wolfs and that if he sees Tao with Ram then Volt is going to kill Ram.

I disagree with Gradbeard! Well i think that Tao is allowed to draw beacuse he is not completly in Volts tribe beacuse Tao's mother is from the mountain people and they don't have any taoos beacuse i have not read in the book yet. So i think he should get the oppertunity to draw.
